Towing rates for non-consensual tows in California may be regulated by local jurisdiction. You have the right to request an itemized invoice before or after services are rendered. Final pricing will be communicated before work begins whenever practicable.
Service requests are scheduled based on availability. For non-emergency services, we will confirm a date and time window with you before dispatching a crew. Estimated arrival times are provided in good faith and may be affected by traffic, weather, or prior service calls.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency service appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a crew has been dispatched may result in a trip charge to cover fuel and labor costs already incurred.
For emergency services, we dispatch as quickly as possible. Response times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior written agreement (such as a fleet account or purchase order) is in place. We accept payment by cash, major credit cards, and other methods as specified at the time of service. Customers are responsible for all charges incurred, including any applicable fees for permits, storage, or after-hours service.
Vehicles in storage will accrue daily storage fees. Storage fees begin on the day the vehicle is received and are charged for each calendar day (or portion thereof) the vehicle remains in our care. You will be notified of applicable storage rates at the time of service or upon inquiry.
Vehicles may be subject to a lien if storage fees and outstanding charges are not paid in a timely manner, in accordance with California law.
